Our world has changed very quickly in the past couple of weeks. We want to keep you informed of current change and cancellation policies that are in place, at least temporarily, with our major suppliers. Because our national situation is changing rapidly based on health and safety needs, we are not posting those policies here. If you are booked with a Castles and Dreams Travel agent, your agent will be working on your specific vacation or cruise should they need to be rescheduled.

Your agent will be in close contact with you explaining the details for your individual situation. We know, like us, your vacations are important to you and in these uncertain times having something fun to look forward to is a big help to ease anxiety and worry. Your agent will do his or her best to help you choose new dates for your trip and get even the tiniest detail moved for you.

We hope you can reschedule and still have your vacation to look forward to, but if cancellation is the best option for your situation, your agent will walk you through that process as well. As in any situation, your agent will handle calling the suppliers and making sure you have the most up to date information regarding the change, cancellation, refund and/or credit policies that are in effect at the time.
